With DCI-based 4096 x 2160 resolution, the 4K SXRD™ panels have been specially developed with Sony’s professional cinema expertise. They deliver a native 4K picture without any electronic enhancement of pixels.

Ultra short throw lens

This unique innovation enables Sony’s precision lens technology to project 4K images up to 147 in (diagonal measurement). The 0.4 micron pitch panel produces life-size images.

Laser light source

The laser light source is composed of Blue Laser Diodes. And it has an automatic optimization feature that enhances the contrast in accordance with the scene. It maximizes black and white levels. This results in a bright image with high contrast.

Upscale your current library

Suddenly, everything looks better. All of your existing HD sports, TV shows, and movies are enhanced to incredibly clear 4K quality thanks to Reality Creation Technology. Note: simulated 4K content will vary based on source content.
